Our automated pipeline harmonizes and ranks LC-HRMS data, processing 50 million MS spectra from 7,400 extracts, yielding 150,000 molecules. The Molecules Gateway helps recognize underexploited microbial products, novel analogs, and new metabolites, revealing untapped chemical diversity.
